Politica di Reso e Diritto di Recesso
In conformità al Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) e alla normativa europea, il Cliente
che acquista sul nostro sito in qualità di consumatore ha diritto di recedere dall’acquisto
entro 14 (quattordici) giorni senza obbligo di fornire alcuna motivazione.
Termini per esercitare il diritto di recesso
Il periodo di recesso termina:
• trascorsi 14 giorni dalla data in cui il Cliente o un terzo (diverso dal vettore) entra in
possesso fisico del bene;
• oppure dalla ricezione dell’ultimo prodotto in caso di ordini multipli.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare una comunicazione scritta tramite e-
mail a: roberto@savioligioielli.191.it
La comunicazione deve contenere:
• Nome e cognome dell’acquirente
• Numero d’ordine
• Data di acquisto
• Descrizione dei prodotti restituiti
I prodotti possono essere restituiti esclusivamente se:
• risultano integri, non utilizzati e in perfette condizioni;
• sono corredati da confezione originale, etichette e sigilli integri;
• non presentano segni di utilizzo o danneggiamento.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare resi che non rispettino tali condizioni.
Procedura di reso
Dopo aver comunicato l’intenzione di avvalersi del diritto di recesso, il Cliente dovrà rispedire
il prodotto:
• Entro 14 giorni dalla data della comunicazione di recesso;
• All’indirizzo: Via Massimiliano Custoza, 96, 46048 Roverbella (MN);
Spese di spedizioneLe spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del Cliente, salvo diversa indicazione
concordata per iscritto.
Rimborso
Una volta ricevuto il prodotto e verificata la conformità allo stato richiesto:
• Emetteremo il rimborso entro 14 giorni
• Il rimborso verrà eXettuato utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato dal
Cliente per l'acquisto online
Non sono previste commissioni aggiuntive.
Esclusioni dal diritto di recesso
Il diritto di recesso non si applica ai seguenti casi:
• Prodotti personalizzati o realizzati su misura;
• Prodotti danneggiati per utilizzo improprio o incuria del Cliente.
Responsabilità sul trasporto
• Il Cliente è responsabile della spedizione del reso fino al nostro ricevimento.
• Non rispondiamo di eventuali smarrimenti o danni occorsi durante il trasporto.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and European
regulations, the Customer who purchases on our website as a consumer has the right to
withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason.
Terms for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period ends:
• 14 days after the date on which the Customer or a third party (other than the carrier) takes
physical possession of the goods;
• or upon receipt of the last product in the case of multiple orders.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice by e-mail to:

The communication must contain:
• Buyer’s first and last name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the returned products
Conditions for Returns
Products may be returned only if:
• they are intact, unused, and in perfect condition;
• they include the original packaging, labels, and intact seals;
• they do not show any signs of use or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
After notifying us of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must
return the product:
• within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is sent;
• to the following address: Via Massimiliano Custoza, 96, 46048 Roverbella (MN), Italy
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Refund
Once the product has been received and its compliance with the required conditions verified:
• we will issue the refund within 14 days;
• the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the
online purchase.
No additional fees will be charged.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• customized or made-to-measure products;
• products damaged due to improper use or neglect by the Customer.
Liability for Transport
• The Customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage occurring during transportation.
